Catherine Rose, BSc, Reiki Master practitioner
Catie Rose has a Bachelor’s of Science through Portland State University, and is certified to practice Reiki energy work through the International Center for Reiki Training. She is the co-owner and operator of Pacific Wellness.
Catie’s focus is facilitating relaxation and healing through Reiki energy work in addition to her intuitive energy healing. “Incorporating intuitive healing and Reiki techniques creates a wonderful fluidity and fullness to my practice which makes my interaction with each client unique. Each person’s journey through healing is different and I really strive to stay in tune with that. Reiki energy work can gently help with stress, anxiousness, sleep hygiene, grief or loss, physical pain relief, and a myriad of other physical, mental, and emotional/spiritual concerns.”
Catie is very passionate about self-care, healing and helping others. She is a strong, adaptable, and caring person.
“I take my responsibilities seriously, and know that having a sense of humor is key while working hard on healing and in life in general. I found in myself a capacity to serve and a deep desire to help each person feel seen and cared for. I have found through my own personal journey of growth and healing that my natural intuitive gifts, compassion and inclination towards service have a very wonderful place in facilitating Reiki energy work.”
Through her life experience, education and quest for a career that eventually brought her to Reiki and energy work she has obtained a myriad of talents and skills. Catie is constantly attending (and soon to be teaching) new classes and workshops related to her field in order to expand and enhance her knowledge and experience.
“I like to call myself a 'Jane-of-all-trades.' I can do just about anything I set my mind to. I’m an activator, and work to support and inspire those around me.”
Catie enjoyed using her skills in assisting at the “Love. Gratitude. Healing.” retreat in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in June, hosted by local health, nutrition and yoga guru Rosie Acosta.
